Synopsis:
Shy, artistic Cat is secretly in love with Melissa, her rocker grrl roommate. But when she meets Dakota, a disturbed, unbalanced heiress with a past, the three are taken on an emotional roller coaster of unrequited love, jealousy and deceit. When Lenny, an unemployed actor, has a steamy, one-night encounter with Dakota he, too, is thrown into the mix of this moving tale of self-discovery.
In Exquisite Corpse cliffhanger style, seven cutting-edge directors take inspiration from Jessica Wilbur’s poem, and weave the web that entraps the characters. Each segment bears the individual mark of its director, who chose a word or phrase from the poem as the basis of her chapter. The result is a unique, collage-type portrait of three lives turned upside-down by one woman. |
