Synopsis:
Jason Stuart was the first openly gay male comedian to
headline in mainstream comedy clubs in the United States.
This comedy documentary shows his comedic struggle for
self-esteem in a world where Jason does not exist …yet!
He has had a prolific career as an actor, and has appeared in over
100 films & TV shows. Jason is best known for playing “Dr.
Thomas” on MY WIFE & KIDS. In addition, he has appeared on
such hit shows as EVERYBODY HATES CHRIS, GEORGE
LOPEZ, HOUSE, MIND OF MENCIA, WILL & GRACE,
CHARMED – just to name a few. He is a sought-after
character actor in the indie film world, with credits
including COFFEE DATE, 10 ATTITUDES, and A DAY WITHOUT MEXICANS.
Jason has done his stand up comedy show in all the “A”
comedy clubs, colleges and LGBTQ events from Holland
to Canada to all over the US. He can be seen frequently
live at his home club THE LAUGH FACTORY in Hollywood,
CA. Now in the middle of his career, he is taking his act
to the middle of the country right in the middle of his life.
